PhD students and young scholars from all over the world are provided with unique opportunity to conduct research and individual study at EUSP which serves as a hub to many institutions and organization in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Russian regions and beyond. The University provides such visitors with full access to its library, computer classes etc, as well as appoints a research supervisor when necessary.

The standard fee for affiliation conducted within one semester is 1,500 US dollars. The same amount is to be added if the affiliation extends to the next semester. Apart from the two standard semesters there is the summer semester with the same fee applied. Please note, however, that while it is still possible to be affiliated with EUSP and conduct research, during the months of July and August the library will be closed.

The University assists prospective affiliates with visa support.
