October 9, 2008 National Consortium for Electronic Information NEIKON and the library of the European University at St Petersburg hold fifth international academic-educational seminar “Library Consortium: Reality and Perspectives”.

 

The following themes are proposed for discussion in the seminar:

    - JSTOR data base – archive project supported by more than 400 titles of the most important academic journals (11 collections in different fields of knowledge, more than 14 million pages of text, all journals are represented from the first number of the first issue).

    -Resources of the company Westlaw International, which specializes in the domain of legal information (statements made by managers about working with clients of the Westlaw International company Spencer Pixton).

    - Authors rights. Fourth part of the Civil Codex of the Russian Federation and the NEIKON license.
