Goal of the course: introduce student to the contemporary concepts of gender relations in Soviet and Post-Soviet Russia and the empirical studies in this field.
The task of the course: will be to incorporate the analysis of gender relations, gender inequality, gender contracts and gender regimes. As well as to introduce research concerning gender relations in politics, economic, ideology, and private live. The course will focus on Russia from the 20th-21st centuries.
